These terms and conditions apply to all services and products offered via the Energetic Alignment website (hereinafter "the Website"), owned by Energetic Alignment (hereinafter "we" or "us"). By using our services or products, you agree to these terms.
We offer consultancy and e-training via our platform. Our services can be tailored to the needs of the client and include both direct guidance and online learning opportunities.
For use of the learning platform you will receive an invoice after a request has been made. Payment must be made within the payment term stated on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To process your order and deliver our services, we ask for certain personal data. We handle your data with care in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). More information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage, unless there is intent or gross negligence on our part. Use of our services is at the client's own risk.
Our consultancy and e-training services are delivered as agreed with the client. Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery of the service. We will then offer an appropriate solution within a reasonable period.
No right of withdrawal applies to our consultancy and e-training services, as these services are tailor-made and/or delivered immediately. In exceptional cases we may allow a withdrawal or cancellation, provided this has been agreed in writing prior to the start of the service.
Dutch law applies to all agreements between you and us. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Breda. Before taking legal action, you must first contact us to find a solution.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will be published on the Website. It is your responsibility to check the terms regularly.
