A multi-day energetic power journey in Northern Thailand — from pressure to stillness, from holding on to trust. In Chiang Mai and the popular mountains, you create space to land in your body, feel your inner direction, and choose anew from rust and strength.

Who is this trip for?
For people who feel they are on the eve of a new phase. You don't need to know exactly what you are looking for. However, it helps if you are willing to slow down, feel honestly, and make room for what wants to reveal itself.

What are we going to do?
The journey includes moments of energetic alignment, reflection, silence, nature experience, breath and body awareness, personal guidance, and integration. The final program will be tailored to the group, local possibilities, and what is appropriate at that moment.

How big is the group?
The group is deliberately kept small. This allows for calm, safety, personal attention, and a truly supported process.

What is included?
The final details, price, and what is included will be shared personally after an introductory meeting. Think of guidance during the trip, shared moments, and a carefully curated program. Flights, insurance, and personal expenses are generally not included, unless stated otherwise.

Is this trip also suitable for me if I have no experience with energy work?
Yes. You don't need any experience. Openness, curiosity, and the willingness to be present with yourself are sufficient.
